Aerobic Systems

• Suited for all North Texas soil conditions
• Waste water treated by aerobic aeration 
• Cleaned effluent sprayed through sprinklers or distributed to underground irrigation lines
• Inspections may be required
  
• Inspections and warranty on components included for first two years

Low Pressure Dosing Systems

• Suitable for most soil conditions, excluding rock
• Better suited for level lot
• Untreated effluent pumped to drain field 
• More expensive to install than aerobic septics
• Does not require monitoring inspections 
• Two year warranty on components

Conventional Systems

• Not-suitable for most North Texas soil conditions
• Only can be used in Class III soils (sandy loam)
• Most systems consist of two 500 gallon tanks
• Untreated effluent gravity feeds to drain field
