Different Types of Alarms and Causes
  • High Water - Submersible pump clogged, failed or electrical issue
  • Compressor - Failure, broke air line or loose connection
  • Sludge - Excessive amount of sludge accumulation in system

What Should I do if Alarm is Sounding?
  • Conserve water usage until cause of alarm can be determined
  • Remove cap from plumbing clean out to help prevent sewage back up
  • Call your septic provider to assess cause of alarm and determine if service call is needed
  • Mute alarm, most systems have mute button or toggle switch on exterior of control panel
